Position Overview: To support the - Transport & Distribution Department through the gathering, cleansing, sorting and aggregation of data from various sources. To then consult on the business information and decision-making needs, and design, plan, coordinate and manage data to generate output reports and presentations. Working with shipping companies to ensure that shipments arrive on time and in good condition Coordinating the flow of materials and products through distribution centers or warehouses Maintaining accurate inventory records in order to identify overstocks or shortages Reviewing orders to make sure they have been filled correctly and that all necessary information is included Planning routes and schedules for transport vehicles in order to meet delivery deadlines Coordinating with suppliers or vendors to arrange deliveries of materials or products to clients Developing new methods for storing or transporting goods that can help reduce costs or increase efficiency Reviewing shipping costs to determine the most cost effective method of transporting goods Supporting other departments within a company by providing them with logistical support during events such as trade shows Qualification and Experience: Recognized degree in Data Science, Analytics or Data Management related field (MBA preferred) A minimum of 3 years in a supply chain and logistics operations field (preferred) MS Office Supply Chain and Logistics systems Data Management/Data Science Power BI Database languages Access Database Apply now » Find similar jobs: Job Opportunities Terms and Conditions Privacy Policy Careers Media Center ™ 2021, Red Sea Global. #5th Floor, MU04 Tower, ITCC Complex, AlRaidah Digital City, Al Nakhil District 3807, Riyadh 12382 – 6726, KSA

Qualification and Experience: Recognized degree in Data Science, Analytics or Data Management related field (MBA preferred). A minimum of 3 years in a supply chain and logistics operations field (preferred). Proficiency with MS Office, Supply Chain and Logistics systems, Data Management/Data Science, Power BI, Database languages (Access Database).

Gather, cleanse, sort and aggregate data from various sources; consult on business information and decision-making needs; design, plan, coordinate and manage data to generate output reports and presentations. Work with shipping companies to ensure shipments arrive on time and in good condition. Coordinate the flow of materials and products through distribution centers or warehouses. Maintain accurate inventory records to identify overstocks or shortages. Review orders to ensure they are filled correctly and contain necessary information.
