Job Title: Junior Analyst – Leasing Advisory (Saudi National) Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Department: Leasing Advisory Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Junior Analyst to join our Leasing Advisory team in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for a Saudi National with a foundational background in commercial real estate to develop their career in a dynamic and growing market. The successful candidate will support the team in delivering leasing advisory services across various asset classes including office, retail, and industrial properties. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in market research and analysis to support leasing strategies and client proposals. - Prepare property reports, market summaries, and competitive analysis. - Support senior team members in property tours, client meetings, and tenant presentations. - Maintain and update property databases, tenant information, and lease documentation. - Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to facilitate leasing transactions. - Monitor market trends, vacancy rates, and rental performance across the Riyadh market. - Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property brochures. - Conduct site inspections and gather property information as required. - Support administrative tasks related to leasing transactions and client management. - Contribute to team initiatives and business development activities. Qualifications & Experience: - Saudi National. - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related industry. - Basic understanding of the commercial real estate market in Saudi Arabia. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal). - Eagerness to learn and develop within the leasing advisory sector. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
