Consulting covers all core asset classes: residential, retail, hospitality, serviced apartments, office, entertainment, industrial, healthcare and education. Core services include feasibility studies, highest and best use, business plans, market and gap analysis, master planning support, operator search, and city and national real estate strategy. Lead delivery - Take accountability for the quality, rigour and timeliness of every engagement. - Oversee financial modelling and challenge the assumptions behind it. You will build the case for each assumption and defend it with clients. - Keep advice grounded in what the market can absorb and what the client can fund. - Strengthen local market insights and data as a core part of the delivery framework, ensuring every engagement draws on robust, current KSA market intelligence. - Run the engagement risk, quality and compliance process, including adherence to the Code of Business Ethics. Set direction - Interpret how macro-economic, fiscal and geopolitical shifts affect KSA real estate, and turn that into advice clients act on. - Define the SCON growth strategy for the KSA market, reflecting the evolving business model, the public/private sector mix, and the growing penetration of AI in service delivery. - Position JLL as the source of independent, evidence-led thinking on the Kingdom's major markets: Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah. - Work with the SCON Head on regional strategy, resourcing and receivables. Build the team - Define the cost, capability and expertise mix needed to grow the KSA business profitably, balancing fee-earner investment against revenue targets. - Recruit, coach and develop consultants and associates, and set the standard through your own work. - Create a team culture that is client-first, rigorous and accountable.
