About the role: You will be responsible for leading major hyperscale and mission-critical Data Centre programmes, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while driving project delivery excellence. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience from a PMC, construction consultancy, or client-side environment, with a proven track record of managing large, complex Data Centre developments from strategy through execution. Alongside programme leadership, you will play a key role in client development, market growth, and identifying new business opportunities across the region. • Lead the delivery of large-scale Data Centre programmes across the region • Act as the senior client-facing lead and strategic advisor for key accounts. • Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships with developers, hyperscalers, investors, and delivery partners. • Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams including project management, project controls, commercial management, planning, risk, and reporting functions. • Oversee programme governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement activities. • Drive programme performance against cost, schedule, quality, and operational readiness objectives. • Provide strategic guidance during project planning, procurement, design management, and construction phases. • Lead internal teams and supply chain partners to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. • Support the development and execution of account plans and regional growth strategies. • Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and prospective client organisations. • Support bids, proposals, presentations, and business development initiatives. • Represent Accenture at industry events, conferences, and client engagements throughout the region. • Mentor and develop future leaders within the business while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Experience delivering major capital projects. • Extensive Data Centre experience, ideally delivering hyperscale or mission-critical facilities. • Strong background within a Project Management C
