Division Head - Data Center

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Division Manager to lead and grow our Data Center business, with strong focus on winning and delivering hyperscale and mission-critical Data Center projects. The Division Manager will be responsible for the complete business cycle—from building client relationships and winning tenders to ensuring successful project execution, handover, profitability, and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and lead the company’s Data Center business strategy, growth plan, and market expansion. • Build strong relationships with hyperscale clients, cloud providers, colocation companies, consultants, developers, and key industry stakeholders. • Lead business development activities to identify opportunities, secure meetings, develop partnerships, and win new Data Center projects. • Oversee tendering activities including bid strategy, client requirements, technical and commercial proposals, pricing, risk review, value engineering, negotiations, and contract award. • Ensure the company can successfully execute awarded Data Center EPC / Design-Build projects from design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning through to final handover. • Lead project delivery teams to ensure safety, quality, cost control, schedule compliance, client satisfaction, and project profitability. • Take full ownership of P&L, revenue targets, budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and overall business performance. • Build and manage a strong leadership team across business development, tendering, engineering, procurement, operations, project delivery, and commercial functions. • Identify new markets, strategic partnerships, JV opportunities, acquisitions, and new service offerings within the Data Center sector. • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, conferences, and high-level business discussions. Required Experience • Senior executive / CEO / Business Unit Head / Managing Director experience within a Data Center, mission-critical, EPC, Design-Build, MEP, or construction organization. • Strong experience in hyperscale Data Centers, cloud Data Centers, colocation facilities, or other mission-critical infrastructure projects. • Proven ability to win Data Center projects through client relationships, tendering, bidding, commercial negotiations, and contract closure. • Practical experience overseeing full project execution—not only sales or tendering—from project award until testing, commissioning, and handover. • Strong understanding of Data Center systems such as electrical power, substations, backup power, cooling, HVAC, BMS/DCIM, ICT/ELV, fire and life-safety systems. • Experience managing large project values, P&L, revenue growth, budgets, and profitability. • Established executive-level network with hyperscalers, cloud providers, colocation operators, developers, consultants, and major vendors. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
