The Project Manager will operate within a multidisciplinary design consultancy environment, responsible for the successful delivery of complex Data Centre projects across the region. The role requires leadership of integrated design teams across architecture, building engineering, specialist disciplines, infrastructure, utilities and master planning, ensuring coordinated, high-quality design solutions that meet client, regulatory and project requirements. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will manage projects through all phases of delivery, ensuring objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client requirements, quality standards, and business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 7 years of project management experience within a design practice Experience of managing Data Centre projects through multiple phases of delivery. Strong client-facing experience, preferably within a consultancy, engineering, or project delivery environment. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of project management principles, governance, and reporting processes. Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality requirements. Proven track record of delivering projects successfully and meeting client expectations. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent would be advantageous.
