Talent Acquisition Lead

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and play a key role in attracting and securing the talent that will support our continued growth. This is a hands-on recruitment role, partnering closely with business and project leaders to understand their talent needs and deliver high-quality recruitment across a diverse portfolio. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with particular focus on large-scale project recruitment, specialist and business-critical hiring, and nationalisation priorities. You’ll combine strong recruitment delivery with market insight and trusted stakeholder partnership, creating a positive and inclusive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. Strong Talent Acquisition experience within a complex, fast-paced and multicultural organisation. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to personally source and deliver across multiple roles and disciplines. Experience supporting large-scale project recruitment and mobilisation, including high-volume and specialist hiring. Exposure to multidisciplinary consultancy environments, including areas such as Design Management, Project Management, Advisory and Transportation. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers. The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining pace, quality and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of regional talent markets and the ability to translate market insight into practical recruitment solutions. Experience within engineering, professional services, consulting or another project-led environment would be advantageous. A collaborative, inclusive and people-focused approach, with a strong commitment to candidate and hiring manager experience.
