Intern - Mechanical

WSP Middle East are currently looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineering intern to be based in our Sharjah office. Over a three‑month period, the intern will assist senior engineers in developing detailed designs for chilled water distribution, gas supply systems, pump stations, and related mechanical infrastructure. This role offers hands‑on experience with industry‑standard software and exposure to large‑scale project workflows.

Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering, related undergraduate program, or recently graduated.  Strong academic record with coursework in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and HVAC systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software; familiarity with hydraulic analysis tools is a plus. Basic understanding of chilled water, gas, and pump station design principles. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work. Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates for the internship duration.
