Principal Stakeholder Architect

WSP Middle East is seeking an experienced Principal Stakeholder Architect to lead architectural stakeholder management and coordination across major infrastructure, aviation, transport, and mixed-use development projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will act as the primary architectural interface between clients, authorities, operators, design teams, contractors, and key project stakeholders, ensuring alignment between stakeholder requirements, design intent, and project delivery objectives.

Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture, or a relevant field of study. 12+ years of experience in Stakeholder positions on similar construction projects.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and leadership abilities. A deep understanding of the required governmental processes to attain NOC, permits and authority approval across various regions in KSA.
