HSE Officer

As an HSE Officer, you will support the implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements across utility infrastructure projects in Riyadh. Working closely with the supervision and contractor teams, you will help ensure compliance with project HSE standards, local regulations, and WSP policies while promoting a proactive safety culture across all site activities.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HSE supervision within construction and infrastructure projects. Proven experience on utility infrastructure, roads, wet utilities, dry utilities, or civil infrastructure projects. Experience working within Consultant Construction Supervision, PMC, CMO, or Engineer environments. NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory. Additional qualifications such as IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certifications are preferred. Strong knowledge of international HSE standards, risk management principles, and construction safety practices. Experience conducting inspections, audits, incident investigations, and safety reporting. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Saudi Arabian safety regulations and project requirements is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
