The Senior Road & Civil Engineer will provide technical leadership and site supervision for road and civil infrastructure construction activities associated with utility projects. The successful candidate will work closely with contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and project schedules while supporting the successful delivery of critical infrastructure assets.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in road and civil infrastructure projects. Demonstrated experience in construction supervision of utility infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage systems, utility networks, and associated civil works. Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and construction practices. Previous experience on large-scale infrastructure projects within the GCC region is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, contract administration, and supervision consultancy services. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Professional registration or chartership status is preferred.
