WSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated Emirati Graduate Engineer to join our Marine Infrastructure team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in Civil, Structural, or Marine Engineering who is interested in developing a career in marine infrastructure. You will work alongside experienced engineers and project managers on a variety of marine projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience and professional development opportunities.

UAE National (with a valid Family Book). A bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering (with a focus on marine infrastructure), or a related field. Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience in marine infrastructure projects. Solid understanding of marine engineering principles, design standards, and construction methodologies. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or similar. Familiarity with marine construction techniques and materials. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
