Senior Project Manager / Project Director – Supervision

We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Senior Project Manager / Project Director – Supervision to lead the day-to-day management and successful delivery of major Property & Buildings supervision projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role will be responsible for project leadership, client management, supervision operations, commercial performance, bid support, project governance, and multidisciplinary team coordination. Working closely with the Project Director and Director of Supervision, the successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably, and in accordance with WSP's quality standards and client expectations. The role requires strong leadership, client-facing capabilities, operational management, and commercial acumen, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term client satisfaction.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline. Master's Degree desirable. PMP or equivalent project management qualification preferred. PE, CEng, or equivalent professional accreditation is advantageous.  20+ years of project management and construction supervision experience. Proven track record managing large-scale building projects within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East. Experience managing multidisciplinary supervision teams and major client relationships. Strong understanding of project governance, contract administration, and commercial management. Why Join WSP?
