Senior Architect

WSP Middle East are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Architect (Technical) to join our growing Technical Architecture Team within the Property & Buildings (P&B) Business Unit, based in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically driven Architect with 8+ years of experience to contribute to the delivery of complex, high-profile developments across the Middle East. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading technical design, multidisciplinary coordination, construction documentation, and design compliance throughout all stages of project delivery. As part of a collaborative and internationally recognised design team, you will help shape innovative and sustainable solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, residential, healthcare, education, aviation, and public sector developments.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. 8+ years of professional architectural experience, with a strong emphasis on technical design and project delivery. Proven experience within a leading architecture, engineering, or multidisciplinary consultancy environment. Strong working knowledge of Revit, BIM workflows, AutoCAD, and construction documentation. Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Previous Middle East project experience is highly desirable.
