Graduate Engineer – Transport Planning & Mobility (Emirati National)

WSP is seeking a Graduate Engineer (Emirati National) to support transportation planning and mobility solutions across infrastructure projects. You will assist in traffic analysis, transport modelling, and the development of sustainable mobility strategies while working closely with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers practical exposure to data collection, technical analysis, and transport planning studies within a professional consultancy environment.  

Qualifications • UAE National (with a valid Family Book). • Bachelor’s degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related discipline. • Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience. • Internships, academic projects, or practical exposure in transportation planning, traffic engineering, or civil engineering are advantageous. • Knowledge of transportation planning principles, traffic flow theory, and mobility strategies. • Familiarity with transportation planning software (e.g., SYNCHRO, VISSIM, SIDRA, or similar tools) is an advantage but not required. • Familiarity with fieldwork, data collection, and survey techniques is an advantage.     Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
