As a Senior Wayfinding Designer, you will be responsible for providing design leadership and project management expertise on a diverse range of wayfinding projects across the region. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative wayfinding solutions that meet client objectives and exceed industry standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to lead and contribute to impactful projects focused on elevating user experiences and navigation within built environments.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in wayfinding design, signage, and environmental graphics across diverse project types, including masterplans, luxury hospitality, residential, mixed-use, retail, commercial, entertainment, healthcare, and education. Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex wayfinding projects from concept through completion, supported by a strong design portfolio and proven track record. Key Skills & Expertise Comprehensive knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards governing wayfinding and architectural projects within the Middle East. Strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and the development of detailed design drawings and specifications. Exceptional creative and conceptual skills, leveraging expertise in urban planning and interior design to craft and present holistic wayfinding strategies. Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, 3DS Max, and SketchUp. Additional Requirements Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
