Senior Engineer - Building Technology Systems

WSP in the Middle East are looking for a competent, passionate and driven Senior/Principal Engineer (ICT & Security) to step into the role of Acting BTS Lead on some of the region’s most high-profile projects.If you bring deep expertise in security & ICT systems, a strong technical foundation, and the leadership skills to guide manage multidisciplinary teams across mega-scale, complex programs, we want to hear from you.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, ICT, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in ICT and security engineering with a track record of successfully leading large-scale or complex projects. Strong background in ICT and security systems, with proven experience on mega-scale projects in the region. Leadership capabilities to guide teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver challenging project conditions. BICSI certification preferred; additional ICT/Security-design related professional certificates are an advantage. Relevant engineering or ICT degree; advanced certifications a plus.
