Cloud Infrastructure Administrator

Responsible for designing, implementing, administering and maintaining the organization's (primarily) Microsoft cloud infrastructure and productivity platforms. Ensures the availability, security, performance and efficient operation of cloud services, identity and access management, collaboration platforms, and related infrastructure, while supporting cloud adoption, service improvement, and technology projects in accordance with organizational requirements and IT policies.

Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related IT field. Microsoft professional certifications in Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Entra ID. Experience Minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT field, including IT operations, infrastructure, or applications management. Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and providing comprehensive technical support. Proven experience in delivering technical support services. Demonstrated experience managing complex IT infrastructure environments. Technical Knowledge and Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Entra ID. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, Active Directory administration, and virtualization technologies. Knowledge of Microsoft Intune deployment and management. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, information security, and cybersecurity. Technical expertise in IT systems, hardware, and software support. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure administration, service integration, and security requirements. Project Management. Ability to stay up to date with technological advancements and industry best practices.
