Senior Officer, Product Support (UAE National)

We are looking for a motivated UAE National candidate to join our Wholesale Islamic Banking team as a Senior Officer – Product Support . This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional who is interested in building a career in Islamic banking and product management . The role will provide exposure to product development and management activities while working closely with different stakeholders across the bank. Key Responsibilities Support the Product Manager in day-to-day product management activities. Assist with market research and analysis of banking products and market developments. Support the preparation and maintenance of product documentation, procedures and related materials. Collect, organize and analyze data for management information and reporting. Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders on product-related requirements and initiatives. Support updates to Islamic banking product materials and documentation. Assist with digital product enhancements and related initiatives. Ensure assigned activities are followed through accurately and within required timelines. Candidate Profile UAE National female candidate. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking or a related discipline. Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience. Basic understanding of banking products; knowledge of Islamic banking would be an advantage. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organized with good attention to detail. Proactive, responsible and willing to learn. Comfortable working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders. Why Join Us?
