Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a diligent and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our infrastructure supervision team in Saudi Arabia . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, measurement, and contract administration for highways, roads, bridges, and tunnels . Experience working with consultancies and a good understanding of FIDIC contracts is essential.

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure projects. At least 3–5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC , preferably in a consultancy role . Strong understanding of road/highway/bridge/tunnel project execution and cost management. Experience working with FIDIC contracts and government authorities (e.g., MOT, Aramco, Royal Commission) in Saudi Arabia. Proficient in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation , and cost management software (e.g., Candy, CostX, Excel). Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage. Preferred Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurement and cost evaluation. Familiarity with project controls , contract documentation , and technical drawings . Capable of handling multiple packages or contracts under tight timelines. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients.
