Site Engineer – Vertical Transport

WSP in the Middle East are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Engineer – Vertical Transport to join our project delivery team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation, coordination, and quality assurance of vertical transportation systems (elevators, escalators, and moving walkways) on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in vertical transport system installation (preferably in high-rise or large-scale projects). Solid understanding of lift/escalator design, installation standards, and coordination. Familiarity with major lift brands (e.g., Otis, KONE, Schindler, Mitsubishi, Thyssenkrupp) is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
