Director, Wealth Sales

Job Purpose Lead the wealth management sales function for Treasury products, driving penetration of investment and structured solutions across affluent and high-net-worth segments in collaboration with Relationship Managers. Key Result Areas Define and implement sales strategies for products such as structured deposits, FX-linked investments, and fixed-income notes. Manage and coach Wealth Sales specialists supporting Relationship Managers. Coordinate with product, trading, and marketing teams on campaigns and pricing. Ensure adherence to suitability, product-governance, and conduct-risk requirements. Monitor sales performance, client satisfaction and portfolio outcomes. Knowledge, Skills and Experience 12+ years’ experience in wealth or investment product sales. Deep understanding of structured and investment products for retail and wealth clients. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
