Delivery Lead - Digital Products Wealth

The Delivery Lead role is responsible for co-owning and facilitating the delivery of the initiatives of Wealth Tribe along with Tribe leads and Product Owners. Foster collaboration, continuous learning, innovation and engineering culture among squads. Candidate must possess excellent Domain, problem solving skills and functional understanding of banking domain in the context of Wealth Management including Wealth Portfolio and Order Management Processes, Wealth Asset Classes such as Bonds, Funds, Stocks, IPOs along with detailed understanding of Equity Trading, MIP, Lombard Lending and Market Pricing. Delivery Lead must stay updated with the latest industry trends such as Digital Assets Trading, regulatory requirements around new asset classes, and emerging technologies like AI/ML, IoT and biometrics. Achieving highest degree of platform stability and compliance to NFRs. Apply domain knowledge to guide project teams and make informed decisions.

Graduate Degree in Engineering or Computer Science Traditional Project Management Methodologies (Prince2/PMP) Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) Function (Agile): 4+ Years Function (Release Management): 3+ Domain (Wealth): 3+ Years Domain (Banking/ Financial): 5+ Years Overall Experience: 10+ Years  Industry – Banking IT Expertise (min. 3 years) Technical – Banking IT expertise (min. 3 years) Functional – Owning and implementing Customer facing channels  AWS or Azure SA Certification Leadership and Agile management   #LI-AD1
