IT Analyst (UAE National)

What You’ll Be Doing: Troubleshoot and resolve application and system-related issues. Provide functional and technical support to users. Support system enhancements, changes, testing, and implementation. Work with business and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Support automation, digital transformation, and emerging technology initiatives. Monitor applications and help ensure issues are resolved within agreed SLAs. Maintain accurate technical documentation and issue records. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver technology solutions. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Good understanding of technology, applications, and software development concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship or professional experience are welcome to apply. Knowledge of banking or financial services is an advantage but not essential. Skills: SQL and database fundamentals. Python or other programming/scripting languages. Application and technical support. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Good knowledge of banking concepts. Experience and understanding of typical software development lifecycles and best practices.
