What You'll Be Doing: Facilities Management & Engineering Operations Lead enterprise-wide facilities management and engineering operations across the Bank's portfolio. Oversee critical infrastructure, building systems, and asset lifecycle management. Drive engineering excellence through optimized maintenance strategies and operational resilience programs. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, health & safety requirements, and regulatory obligations. Manage outsourced facilities management providers through robust governance and performance frameworks. Workplace Experience & Hospitality Develop and implement workplace experience strategies that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and productivity. Establish workplace service standards and customer experience frameworks. Drive innovation through smart workplace technologies and workplace analytics. Improve workplace utilization and employee satisfaction through data-driven decision making. Build a hospitality-led service culture across the organization. Corporate Services Leadership Lead enterprise-wide corporate services and support functions. Oversee travel, transportation, fleet management, workplace support services, and related corporate operations. Manage government relations, permits, licenses, and statutory requirements. Drive standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous service improvements. Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across all corporate services functions. Transformation, Technology & Innovation Drive digital transformation initiatives across facilities and workplace operations. Lead implementation of CAFM/IWMS platforms, smart building technologies, IoT-enabled monitoring, and predictive maintenance solutions. Champion automation and technology-enabled service delivery models. Leverage analytics and operational data to improve performance, efficiency, and workplace outcomes. Identify innovative solutions that enhance operational resilience and employee experience. Financial Management & Governance Manage operational and capital budgets while delivering cost optimization opportunities. Develop governance frameworks, service standards, KPIs, and operating procedures. Lead procurement planning, contract governance, and vendor management activities. Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Drive measurable improvements in service quality, productivity, and return on investment. What We're Looking For: Education Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (mandatory). MBA or Master's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or Business Administration preferred. Professional Certifications CFM, FMP, IWFM, PMP, PRINCE2, LEED AP, WELL AP, NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar certifications are highly desirable. Experience 18-20 years of progressive leadership experience within Facilities Management, Engineering Operations, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Experience, or Corporate Services. Minimum 10 years leading enterprise-wide facilities and workplace operations across large multi-site environments. Proven experience managing mission-critical facilities, data centres, and critical engineering infrastructure. Extensive experience managing outsourced facilities management providers and complex service contracts. Industry Exposure Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller plants, HVAC controls, electrical infrastructure, substations, UPS systems, generators, fire and life safety systems, BMS, MEP systems, and critical facilities. Experience implementing smart building technologies, CAFM/IWMS platforms, predictive maintenance programs, and automation initiatives. Proven track record delivering operational efficiency, asset reliability, sustainability improvements, and enhanced workplace experiences.
