Business Operations Manager - Radiology (Al Dhafra)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead business development initiatives and operational excellence across the facility. The role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, strengthening stakeholder relationships, enhancing service delivery, and supporting the implementation of operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Clinical degree or a relevant field OR Diploma in relevant field with 3 years of additional experience 6-8 years of relevant experience of which minimum 3 years progressive leadership responsibility in a large organization Desired: Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Clinical degree or a relevant field Experience in a large healthcare facility
