The role supports detailed engineering activities within the Central Engineering Division, ensuring accurate, clash-free, and constructible structural designs in line with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and offshore execution requirements. The position plays a key role in coordinating across disciplines to ensure seamless integration of structural elements within complex offshore facilities.

It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges.   Expected: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline Minimum 10–15 years of experience in structural design and drafting within the oil & gas industry Proven experience working on ADNOC offshore projects or similar Middle East offshore developments is highly preferred Strong hands-on expertise in SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) is mandatory Proficiency in related tools such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other 3D review platforms Extensive experience in offshore structural systems including jackets, topsides, pipe racks, platforms, and modules Sound understanding of offshore design practices, fabrication methodologies, and installation constraints Familiarity with international codes and standards (e.g., AISC, BS, API, ISO) and ADNOC engineering standards Strong coordination skills with multi-disciplinary engineering teams Ability to work in a fast-paced EPC/EPCM/PMC environment on multi-billion-dollar offshore projects Good communication skills and ability to interface with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders Prior experience within a central engineering or shared services environment is an advantage.
