PMC Material Management Specialist

Wood is currently recruiting for a PMC Material Management Specialist to support a major ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role will be based on an offshore rotation and will be responsible for overseeing materials management activities across offshore construction operations, ensuring the timely availability, control, handling, storage, and movement of materials to support safe and efficient project execution. Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based at offshore Abu Dhabi-UAE, rotation (6/3).

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas industry, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region  Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position in a mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects. Managing team of Specialists, Senior Engineers and Engineers. Offshore experience is must, whilst ADNOC experience is desired PMC experience is required Fully coherent in all international codes and standards Excellent command of both spoken and written English is required Enthusiastic, conscientious and keen to learn / Flexible with a can-do attitude Working hands on Experience on SPEL Must have working knowledge and experience of electrical discipline relevant offshore/onshore oil and gas industry codes, specifications and practices Previous experience of working in the Middle East would be an advantage
