The role is responsible for delivering high-quality fabrication works safely, on schedule, and in alignment with EPCM execution requirements.

It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges. Expected: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. Minimum 10 years of experience in piping fabrication, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Proven experience working on ADNOC projects or similar Middle East oil & gas EPC/EPCM projects. Strong knowledge of piping fabrication processes, welding techniques, NDT requirements, and international codes (ASME, API). Familiarity with ADNOC standards, specifications, and HSE requirements. Ability to read and interpret piping isometrics, GA drawings, and P&IDs. Experience in managing fabrication shop operations, workforce supervision, and productivity control. Good coordination and communication skills with multi-disciplinary teams. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Experience with large-scale, multi-billion-dollar EPCM projects. Knowledge of material control systems and spool tracking. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation (MS Office, fabrication tracking systems). Leadership ability to manage multicultural workforce in a high-pressure environment.
