Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
