Lead Process Engineer

The Lead Process Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise for the design, development, and execution of process engineering activities on large-scale Upstream Offshore Oil & Gas projects. The role will lead a team of process engineers and ensure the delivery of safe, cost-effective, and technically sound engineering solutions throughout all project phases, from Conceptual Studies and FEED through Detailed Design and EPC execution. The position requires extensive experience in offshore oil and gas facilities and a strong understanding of Middle East/GCC operator standards and requirements. Previous PMC experience is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or Process Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Extensive experience predominantly in Upstream Offshore Oil & Gas projects. Proven experience as a Lead Process Engineer on major EPC, EPCM, or PMC projects. PMC experience is highly preferred. Mandatory experience on large-scale offshore projects including Greenfield and Brownfield developments. Mandatory experience working on Middle East/GCC projects. Strong experience in offshore facilities including:  Central Processing Platforms (CPP) Wellhead Platforms Offshore Gas Processing Facilities Produced Water Treatment Systems Oil Processing and Separation Facilities Gas Compression and Gas Dehydration Systems Offshore Pipelines and Associated Facilities Proven track record delivering large and complex projects with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Oversee multidisciplinary engineering efforts and ensure compliance with Middle East/GCC operator standards and requirements. Coordinate and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to manage scope, schedule, and budgeting for offshore projects.
