PMC Commissioning Manager

The Role: The Commissioning Manager (PMC) is responsible for leading, managing, and assuring all commissioning and start-up (CSU) activities for major offshore oil & gas, marine, or energy projects on behalf of the Project Management Consultant (PMC). The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and handover to operations, while coordinating closely with EPC contractors, operators, and multi-disciplinary teams. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and deep knowledge of offshore systems and regulatory requirements Our Clients and Projects Designing the future. The role acts as the vital bridge between construction completion and safe, seamless asset handover to operations, ensuring full compliance with ADNOC technical standards, schedule milestones, and uncompromising Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) targets.

It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges.  Expected:  Bachelor degree in Engineering mandatory Minimum of 20 years’ experience mainly in the oil and gas industries At least 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar role in GCC countries Previous commissioning experience on major projects Previous experience in activities related to the Modularization of Process equipment Previous experience in activities in Gas Compressors (VFD) and Package Equipment
