PMC Commissioning Engineer (Process)

Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced PMC Commissioning Engineer (Process) with extensive experience in the oil and Gas industry for ADNOC Onshore client to be based in Abu Dhabi within our Oil, Gas & New Energies business.    Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based at onshore site in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.    The Role  Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, reviewing, and supporting pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, performance testing, and handover of process and utility systems for ADNOC Onshore oil & gas facilities. The engineer acts as the PMC technical focal point between ADNOC, EPC contractor, Engineering, Construction, Operations, vendors and subcontractors, ensuring safe execution in accordance with project specifications, ADNOC requirements and approved commissioning procedures. Approximately 10–15+ years of oil & gas experience for senior positions. Strong experience in onshore oil & gas commissioning. Previous ADNOC/Abu Dhabi project experience is highly advantageous. Previous PMC/EPCM experience preferred. Strong knowledge of process systems and commissioning methodology. Working knowledge of API, ASME, IEC, ISO and project/company standards. Experience with Completion Management Systems is highly valuable.
