We also work closely with our designers, solution managers, and sales specialists to provide solutions. Take the first step towards your dream career   Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:  Essential Requirements   5+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience  Strong proficiency in field service practices; working knowledge of networking/OS/hardware.  Understanding of safety procedures and ESD standards.  Excellent attention to detail and case hygiene (naming, links, formats).  Effective collaboration and communication across partners.    Desirable Requirements   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or related field.  OEM product certifications; CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent.
