Zakat and Tax Specialist

Job Description Tax & Zakat specialist Prepare and review VAT, withholding tax, Zakat, and corporate income tax calculations and returns. Support the preparation of periodic and annual Zakat and tax provisions. Perform tax reconciliations between tax returns, financial statements, and general ledger balances. Review purchase and sales transactions to ensure appropriate VAT treatment and input VAT recovery. Assist in managing ZATCA audits, assessments, inquiries, objections, and refund claims. Monitor filing and payment deadlines and coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Investment, and other relevant departments. Review contracts, invoices, and business transactions from a tax perspective. Maintain complete supporting documentation and tax working papers. Assist with e-invoicing compliance and coordination with IT and service providers. Support in tax planning and process improvement.
