What It Takes to Make the Stay The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities. Knowledge of hotel recreation operations, including pool, beach, recreational activities and facility readiness.  Knowledge of pool and beach safety, child safeguarding, hygiene standards, incident reporting and emergency response procedures and ability to enforce rules. Understanding of luxury hospitality standards and the ability to deliver attentive, personalised guest service. Familiarity with Forbes service standards preferred. Ability to supervise a multicultural team, coordinate shift coverage, delegate responsibilities, coach team members and monitor performance. Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing; additional languages are an advantage. Ability to maintain accurate operational records, prepare reports and use Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems. Ability to stay outdoor long hour s.
