In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: Diploma Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft). Strong knowledge of hospitality systems and IT best practices. Leadership and project management skills. Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
