What It Takes to Make the Stay In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.  Proven expertise in handling a variety of maintenance tasks with a strong foundation in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and maintenance practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
