Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage. Previous HR coordinator or supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Good knowledge of HR operations, UAE labor practices, recruitment, Team Member relations, and performance management. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English and good knowledge of HR systems.
