The following capabilities and qualifications would be advantageous: Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role. Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs is preferred.

Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to meet hospitality standards; maintain cleanliness and service quality; model and uphold the standards and values of Hilton; motivate staff and manage daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
