Assistant Chief Engineer | The WB™ Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton™

As an Assistant Chief Engineer , you will support the Chief Engineer in managing the day-to-day operation of the Engineering department, ensuring all hotel facilities, equipment, and building systems are maintained to the highest standards. You will help lead the engineering team, oversee preventive maintenance programs, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Candidate Requirements: Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 3–5 years of engineering experience within the hospitality industry, in same role. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience with international hotel brands is preferred. Strong understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards. Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, quality, and operational excellence. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment and support a high-performing engineering team.
