Maintenance Team Member (Carpenter)

In this role, you will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities, with a primary focus on carpentry works. You will inspect, repair, and install wooden furniture, doors, cabinets, wardrobes, shelving, locks, skirting, and other fixtures to ensure they remain safe, functional, and visually appealing. You will also perform minor painting, polishing, tiling, drywall repairs, silicone works, and general handyman tasks as required. Working closely with the Engineering team, you will respond promptly to maintenance requests, conduct routine inspections, identify potential issues before they become major problems, and ensure all work is completed in accordance with Hilton standards and safety regulations. You will maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, support refurbishment projects, and contribute to maintaining the overall appearance and integrity of the hotel.
