Cluster Chief Engineer

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You As a Cluster Chief Engineer , you will work closely with the Director of Engineering , supporting the oversight of the hotels’ buildings, facilities, engineering systems, maintenance, and repairs. In the absence of the Director of Engineering, you will assume responsibility for leading the Engineering Department and ensuring the smooth and efficient continuation of all engineering operations. Through operational excellence, you will spread the light and warmth of hospitality by creating safe, comfortable, and memorable experiences for every guest.

Specific qualifications/experience, knowledge, skills and abilities needed for this position: Recognized degree in a mechanical, electrical, or building services discipline, or equivalent professional qualification. Proven experience in senior engineering or Cluster Chief Engineer/assistant director‑level roles, with hospitality experience strongly preferred. Ability to obtain required local licenses; CPR/First Aid preferred.
