Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement innovative recreational programs. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to recreational activities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Oversee and manage recreational activities and experiences for hotel guests; design and implement innovative recreation programs; ensure high-quality guest experiences through effective leadership and program planning; manage budgets and coordinate with vendors and internal departments; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to recreational activities; adapt offerings to guest needs and seasonal demands.
