The following capabilities and qualifications would be advantageous: Minimum 5 years of related experience, including at least 3 years of experience in Recreation, Spa, Fitness or Health Club operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of recreation, health club and spa operations, including fitness services, spa treatments and related retail products. Fluent in written and spoken English to meet business needs and communicate effectively with guests, team members and third parties. Ability to train, lead, coach, guide and develop team members while maintaining high standards of performance.
