Enterprise Platforms Analyst

Role Purpose Own and operate assigned enterprise platforms, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and business-aligned while translating strategy into delivery and operations , Act as the accountable owner bridging strategy, operations, integration, and stakeholder engagement to maximize platform value.

Knowledge and Experience   No prior experience is required.   Education and Certifications   A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or equivalent is required.   Preferable certifications: in enterprise platforms and application ecosystems, including ITSM platform certifications (i.e., ServiceNow Administrator or ITSM Implementation Specialist) , Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or SAFe, to support modern delivery practices across enterprise platforms and integration initiatives.
