Consultant Orthopedic Surgery (Hip & Knee)

Job Purpose: To provide expert surgical care in the diagnosis, management, and rehabilitation of hip and knee disorders, including joint preservation, replacement, and revision surgeries. The Consultant will deliver advanced orthopedic services in alignment with SEHA’s standards for quality, safety, and patient-centered care.

Minimum Qualifications: Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Residency in Orthopedic Surgery and fellowship training in Hip and Knee Surgery or Arthroplasty. Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery (e.g., American Board, FRCS, Arab Board, or equivalent) with recognized subspecialty credentials in Hip & Knee Reconstruction. Valid DOH Consultant License in Orthopedic Surgery or eligibility to obtain it. Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-board certification experience as an Orthopedic Consultant with a dedicated focus on hip and knee procedures. Proven experience in complex primary and revision joint arthroplasty.
