Specialist, Sales Effectiveness

To support the enhancement of sales effectiveness by developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and facilitating training and process improvements. The role ensures the optimization of sales operations, contributing to increased revenue generation, improved customer experience, and alignment with Daman’s business objectives.

Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications •    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. •    Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.  •    Professional certifications in Sales Effectiveness, CRM, Performance Management, or equivalent are advantageous. Experience     •    A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales effectiveness, sales operations, or sales performance management, preferably within the insurance or healthcare sector.
