Officer, Outbound Business

To support outbound business operations by conducting sales activities, engaging potential customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves researching market trends, assisting in client communications, and maintaining accurate documentation to enhance customer acquisition and retention efforts.

Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications •    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field. •    Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.  •    Professional Certifications such as Certified Professional Salesperson (CPSP), or equivalent is advantageous.   Experience     •    A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry.
