Fluency in the English language, with the ability to read, speak, and write effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project. Students in Junior or Sophomore year, preferably enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Automation, IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related disciplines. A strong academic record, eagerness to learn, and effective time management skills to handle remote work responsibilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, etc.). Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and data visualization concepts is preferred. Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is considered an advantage. Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present data in a structured and professional manner. Interest in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation, Smart Buildings, IoT, or digital transformation technologies is preferred.
